Evernote is a great cross-platform, freemium app designed for note taking, organizing, and archiving. The app allows you to create a “note” which can be a piece of formatted text, a full webpage or webpage excerpt, a photograph, a voice memo, or a handwritten “ink” note. Notes can also have file attachments. Notebooks can be added to a stack while notes can be sorted into a notebook, tagged, annotated, edited, given comments, searched, and exported as part of a notebook.
We use Evernote for having our travel documents and travel notes with us all the time. The basic version is free, but restricted. For having offline notebooks on mobile you need at least Evernote Plus. This version also allows you to access notes from all your devices and to save emails in Evernote.

Interested in Evernote? Then we would be pleased if you could use the following invitation link. In that case both of us will get one month of Evernote Premium (all the features of Evernote Plus, and more) for free.
